Joie De Vivre Hotels Introduces Hotel Erwin, Venice Beach
Joie de Vivre, California's largest boutique hotel collection, has added a fourth southern California property to its collection with the re-launch of the Marina Pacific Hotel as the Hotel Erwin Venice Beach. The 119-room property is finishing a two-phase renovation that will be complete in mid July.

Sunstone Hospitality Management Named Manager of Riverside, Calif. Marriott Hotel by New Owner, Pinnacle Hotels USA
Sunstone Hospitality Management (SHM), a division of the nation's largest independent management company, Interstate Hotels & Resorts (OTC Bulletin Board: IHRI), today announced that is has entered into a contract to manage the 292-room, full-service Marriott Hotel in downtown Riverside, California. The hotel was recently acquired by San Diego-based Pinnacle Hotels USA. SHM had managed the hotel the past nine years for prior ownership.

Family Care Awarded First Multiple Product Discount Medical Plan License in California
Family Care, a Discount Medical Plan Organization (DMPO), has been awarded the first multiple product discount medical plan license in the state of California. The Houston-based company represents the only full-service Discount Medical Plan Organization to be recognized with such licensure in California, which ensures quality standards set by the California Department of Managed Health Care.
